SOUND CEREMONIES

Access deep meditative states with the infusion of sound therapy. This journey is co-created with the power of your intention and the transcendent vibration of alchemy crystal singing bowls & chimes. Set yourself up for deep relaxation as sound melts away layers of tension and heaviness, leaving you feeling light, clear, calm and connected.

Sessions include an intro to sound meditation, journaling + intention setting for the journey, with time to reflect + integrate the experience.

DHARMA COACHING

Coaching, through a Buddhist lens. In these sessions we’ll use the foundational principles of Tibetan Buddhism that are essential for shifting the most challenging of habits and patterns, and creating new patterns with the ultimate goal of living a profoundly meaningful and happy life.

Whether your primary focus is managing stress and anxiety, emotional or physical pain, cultivating healthier relationships, or finding greater purpose, you’ll be provided with customized, sustainable tools for change that actually lasts.

Sessions examine all components of healing — mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. In our first session, we’ll set focused goals with actionable steps to be taken each week.

MEDITATION

Learn how to meditate or deepen your practice. We will focus on meditations and rituals that support your lifestyle goals. Meditations are rooted in Tibetan Buddhist tradition and taught to be applied to modern culture.

YIN YOGA

Release physical tension and restore energetic balance through a series of still, long-held, prop-heavy postures. A branch of Chinese Medicine, yin yoga works to open in the meridians, or energy pathways, in the body that mirror our mental, emotional and spiritual state, so that blocked energy can begin to move freely, and you can, too.

This gentle yet deep practice is a time for turning inward, connecting back to our nurturing, receptive qualities, and the innate wisdom that lies beneath the noise.
