Sound Meditation
Access deep meditative states with the infusion of sound therapy. This journey is co-created with the power of your intention and the transcendent vibration of alchemy crystal singing bowls & chimes.
Set yourself up for deep relaxation as sound melts away layers of tension and heaviness, leaving you feeling light, clear, calm and connected.
Sessions include an intro to sound meditation, intention setting for the journey, with time to reflect + integrate the experience.
Yin Yoga
Release physical tension and restore energetic balance through a series of still, long-held, prop-heavy postures.
Where Traditional Chinese Medicine meets Western Myofascial Anatomy Yin yoga works to open in the meridians, or energy pathways, in the body that mirror our mental, emotional and spiritual state, so that blocked energy can begin to move freely, and you can, too.
This gentle yet deep practice is a time for turning inward, connecting back to our nurturing, receptive qualities, and the innate wisdom that lies beneath the noise.
Yoga Nidrā
Enter the threshold between waking and sleep, where the body rests completely and the mind remains subtly aware. Yoga nidrā (yogic sleep) is one of the most efficient and restorative practices available, offering the equivalent of several hours of sleep in a single session.
Practiced lying down in stillness, this guided meditation moves systematically through the layers of the body and mind, releasing deeply held tension and returning you to a state of natural equilibrium. What surfaces in that liminal space is often surprising — clarity, insight, creativity, a felt sense of wholeness that the “rest” we’re used to rarely reaches.
Guided Meditation
Learn the basics of meditation or deepen your practice. We will focus on meditations and rituals that support your lifestyle goals. Meditations are rooted in Tibetan Buddhist tradition and taught to be applied to modern culture.
